Yayoi Kusama Nationaal Gallery Singapore
Today I got a chance to go to the National Gallery Singapore with the exhibition with "Yayoi Kusama" As a graphic designer sometime we just get stuck and has no inspiration at all. Sometimes, gallery is a good place to find an inspiration and starting fresh with your new idea!
Scroll down below to see some of the pictures that I took in the gallery!
All of the paintings are so details and I would have to say the yellow pumpkin is my favorite! It is a small box of room which you can only see it through a tiny hole (which only your head could fit it lol!) Even though, on this one I would expect to see in such a bigger place but I still love it!.
I HAVE TO SAY THAT I LOVE THIS PARTICULAR GALLERY SO MUCH! Personally, I really love the lights show or the night light. When I saw this one I totally fall in love and it gives me motivation and inspiration so much to continue doing design. The light will constantly change the colour but I only be able to capture just one colour change as we only allow to be in there for 20 seconds(pretty short time). Still, I love this one I feel like I am in a galaxy of design.
Last but not least, it is a silver balls EVERYWHERE in the room lay on the floor. Sometimes I feel like art is kinda complicated because some of them can be so conceptual but at the same time no. Sort of having hard time understand this but when I stand in the middle and took a picture I could see myself reflection in every curves of the ball! Which is kinda interesting to me as you see different perspective from just one point of view!
