Cover the Truth

The idea of cover the truth is taken from the newspaper with the word of 'Alternative facts'. It actually means the better way of saying lie when you've been caught up on telling fake news/facts.

The following artwork is a typography experimental to represent my topic.

Experiment 1

The first art board is full of the word means fake or lie and on the right board is a die-cut square. If you were to place the right art board to the left, it will reveal the word 'Alternative facts' which is my topic.

Experiment 2

Still remain the concept of cover the truth but on this one, you have to peek for the truth! The poster said seek the truth will be die-cut as well so there are holes for you to seek through the text behind.

Experiment 3

The third one is a bit more complicated as all of the three poster are printed on a clear PVC sheet and layered together. The texts are overlapping so it is harder for you to see the actual text on the last sheet.
